**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting. **Duties:** - Conduct night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions - Welcome guests, check them in and out, and handle any guest inquiries or issues during the night - Manage reservations and assist with the booking process - Prepare daily reports and reconcile revenue - Ensure security by monitoring surveillance cameras and maintaining a safe environment - Handle any late-night requests or emergencies that may arise **Experience:** - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills - Knowledge of hospitality industry practices - Familiarity with hotel operations and guest relations - Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts - Bilingual skills are a plus This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, gain valuable experience in hotel management, and contribute to providing exceptional guest services.
